Booking Terms

• Booking needs to made before the start of the club term in order to secure your place.
• Please note that attendance will not be accepted without a valid booking confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel clubs if we do not receive adequate booking numbers to run the session. In this event we will issue you with a refund.
• Payment must be made to secure your booking.
• All bookings are non-refundable and we are unable to offer reimbursements for non-attendance.
• In the unlikely event we cancel the club, all bookings will honoured with an additional club in the following term.

Behaviour Policy

• All children will be taken through the Inspire code of conduct on the first session and expected to adhere to this behaviour policy during their attendance.
• This behaviour policy has been aligned with school policy to ensure consistency for children.
• Parent's will be informed of any behaviour issues at the end of the after school club.
• If behaviour issues persist, we reserve the right to remove the child from this club.
• No refund will be offered in the case of a child being removed from the club.
• Information about any behaviour issues will be shared with school.

Collection

• Please ensure that collection is completed in a timely manner.
• Multiple instances of late collection may effect your ability to book onto clubs in the future.
